I didn’t share an outfits of the week post last week and to be honest, I didn’t really want to share one this week either. I’m just feeling burnt out on the idea and I wanted to switch things up. I am still going to be sharing my weekly blog post on Sunday but I wanted to give myself the flexibility to talk about what I want without feeling the need to put together a “blog worthy” outfit everyday. The Sunday Social is a weekly blog series where I will share an update on what I’ve been up to, products and pieces I’m currently loving, and some or all of my outfits from the week.

What I’ve Been Up To

I cannot believe the first week in June is already coming to a close. Where is this summer going?! I went into work three days this week and I really am enjoying my job. Working with all my coworkers, getting out of the house, and sharing my love for Dress Up has been so fun over this past month!

I also have spent quite a bit of time rewatching Friends. Friends is one of my all time favorite TV shows and with the reunion just happening, I am taking advantage of having HBOMax for the month and rewatching the show! I am still so sad they took it off Netflix, it is such a great show to binge. I’ve also started working on a puzzle that Lilly Pulitzer offered as a gift with purchase this spring and it has been so much harder than I ever would have expected. I’m slowly making progress but I’m not sure if it will ever get finished!

My favorite part of this week has been content creation. I thought this summer would instantly re-inspire me to jump back into content creation full time but I was so wrong. I’m finally feeling like myself again and I’m very much looking forward to what this month has in store! I have so many fun things on my calendar, I think my June monthly recap will be jam packed.

To end out my week, I headed back to Deep Water Winery which is an adorable winery in Charleston. My family and I went around Mother’s Day and we had to go back since my mom’s best friend is in town. We enjoyed the sunshine, live music, and such a good picnic. It truly was the best way to spend a Saturday. If you’re local to Charleston or are planning a trip soon, I highly recommend checking it out! It is family friendly and a great way to spend your weekend!

What I’m Loving

Studded Sandals: I went into Marshalls yesterday and made a very impulse purchase for these studded sandals. You all know I have loved my Target pair that I purchased back in March but this pair was to cute to pass up. I love the color and that you can just slide them on. I wore them to the winery yesterday and they were very comfortable as well. Oh, and did I mention, they are only $19.99! Such a steal, especially since this style sandal is so trendy right now! I couldn’t link the exact pair but I did link a couple very similar pairs! I would definitely recommend checking out your local Marshalls!

Distressed Denim: Mom jeans are very in right now and I love everything about this pair. I picked them up at work a couple weeks ago and I’m obsessed. They fit perfectly and I love the distressing on the knees. They do also have a raw hem which is the perfect added detail. I typically don’t reach for jeans too often during the summer when I’m not working but this pair has been on a constant rotation in my wardrobe. I would order soon because they will sell out and I do not think they will restock!

Summer Earrings: I also picked up this pair of gold earrings at work recently and let me just say, you need them. I don’t know what I love palm leaves right now but they are just so perfect for summer. I always wear gold jewelry and this pair is by far my favorite right now! They are a great price and a perfect pair of summer statement earrings.
