Although I don’t have any plans on Valentine’s Day I do love breaking out all of my favorite pink pieces from my wardrobe during February. I have put together six different outfits that would be perfect if you have a Valentine’s date night planned, a girls night out, or you just want to get dressed up because you can! I tried my best to include a variety of different outfits including some casual and some to get all dressed up.
I’m not going to lie, getting all dressed up to take these photos made me miss pre-pandemic life so much! I love dressing up but this year I have worn more sweatpants than I ever had before. Definitely going to be planning some excuse soon to get dressed up because my only plans as of right now include going to class, teaching, and photoshoots!
A Pop of Pink
I purchased this pink tweed skort right before Christmas and I quickly fell in love with it! I wore this skort for New Years Eve and I have been so impressed with the quality. I’m not going to lie, I didn’t love the way it fit me back in December but when I wore it for these photos it felt so much better. I don’t think I have lost weight in the past month so I am not sure why it fits better but I am not going to question it. I wore the best white bodysuit and some simple black block heels. To complete the outfit, I wore this gorgeous pair of statement earrings from Mell’s Trinkets. This Lilly Pulitzer print is perfect for Valentine’s Day and the pearl and tassel details are just too cute!
Styling Snake Print
This pink dress is such a perfect style for a date night. The cut is so flattering and the sheer sleeve detail is so gorgeous. This dress has the cutest ruffle details and the material and fit is so comfortable. To add a fun extra Valentine’s Day detail I wore my favorite heart statement earrings and the most comfortable block heels I have ever worn. This dress is from Apricot Lane Charleston, which is one of my favorite local boutiques. However, if you are not local to Charleston you can still shop on their website! Apricot Lane Charleston has so many adorable dresses that would be perfect for almost any occasion! And you can use the code MOLLYREF for 30% off your Apricot Lane orders.
Keeping it Casual
I couldn’t not include a casual outfit in this post because not all of us have been or exciting plans for the 14th. This outfit is one of my go to looks for going to class, running errands, and even just working from home. I am wearing my favorite white bodysuit that is a staple in my closet for every season. These high waisted jeans are my absolute favorite as well. To add a pop of pink and make this outfit a little more festive, I paired a pink cardigan and the same Lilly Pulitzer inspired statement earrings from Mell’s Trinkets. I will definitely be wearing these all month because they just too cute!
Breaking Out the Basics
This next outfit is one that I wore around the holidays and I had to bring it back! This black skort is a piece that every girl needs in her wardrobe. It is under $10 and can be styled so many ways. One of my favorite ways to wear it is with a bodysuit, booties, and hoops. Adding some pink or red accessories easily dresses this skort up perfectly for the holiday!
Making a Statement
This pink jumpsuit is actually the jumpsuit of my dreams. I am obsessed with everything about it! The fit is perfect and I love the ruffle on the top. There are so many ways you can style this jumpsuit for any occasion you might have. I wore this XOXO choker which I think is the perfect added detail to the look. This choker is also from Apricot Lane Charleston but unfortunately it is instore only. This is the perfect dainty necklace that you can wear dress up or dressed down throughout the entire month. This jumpsuit is from Shop Confetti Boutique and I am so incredibly impressed with the quality. I am wearing a small and the fit is perfect! You can use the code MOLLY15 for 15% off your order!
Styling Faux Leather
I have been completely obsessed with the faux leather trend going around right now! I had to style these faux leather shorts again in this post because I think they would be so perfect for a night out! For this outfit, I paired a white tee and black tights because the weather has been so cold these past couple of days, I am adding all the warmth I can. I had to add a pop of pink in the outfit some how and this headband has been one of my current favorite accessories!
